🔬 What’s Bubbling in the Lab? Join our afternoon session

Science has never tasted so good. In this afternoon session, we’ll experiment with:

  • Honeycomb Lava: Witness a spectacular chemical reaction! We’ll use heat and carbon dioxide to turn golden syrup into crunchy, aerated "lava" rocks.

  • The Butter Experiment: Learn the physics of emulsion by shaking cream until it separates into fresh homemade butter and buttermilk.

  • Thermal Reaction Pancakes: Discover how heat creates fluffiness. We’ll whip up both sweet and savory pancakes, experimenting with different rising agents to see who can get the most "lift."

Session Details

  • Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Age Range: 5–12 years.

    • Note: Aspiring scientists under 5 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult to assist with the experiments.

  • The Full Day Option: Did you join us this morning? Stay for the afternoon to see how the "basics" of cooking meet the "brilliance" of science.
