Science has never tasted so good. In this afternoon session, we’ll experiment with:
Honeycomb Lava: Witness a spectacular chemical reaction! We’ll use heat and carbon dioxide to turn golden syrup into crunchy, aerated "lava" rocks.
The Butter Experiment: Learn the physics of emulsion by shaking cream until it separates into fresh homemade butter and buttermilk.
Thermal Reaction Pancakes: Discover how heat creates fluffiness. We’ll whip up both sweet and savory pancakes, experimenting with different rising agents to see who can get the most "lift."
Session Details
Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Age Range: 5–12 years.
Note: Aspiring scientists under 5 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult to assist with the experiments.
